Robert Omura
Digital Media Specialist
Robert Omura is responsible for the digital preservation and media related activities at ʻUluʻulu. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies, Academy for Creative Media (ACM) with a minor in Asian Studies from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa. He takes great pride in contributing to the preservation of these invaluable materials steeped in Hawaiʻi’s culture and the often overlooked but significant historical narratives, to ensure that they are shared with current and future generations. He enjoys spending time with family outdoors, watching movies, going to the public library and the free samples at Costco.
